Our Breakfast

Our delicious breakfast is cooked fresh daily with healthy ingredients sourced from local suppliers or our very own seasonal garden, whenever possible! We serve something hot, something cold, and always something healthy. We are also happy to cater to any dietary requirements, as best as we can. Please just be sure to let us know when booking your stay.

At Holten Heritage House we prefer to make breakfast a communal affair in our dining room, serving all guests together. When we get a chance, we like to join you, too! Please share your travel stories or feel free to inquire about us, our home, or Revelstoke and its many activities and amenities!

In winter breakfast is served at 7.30am (summer 8:00 a.m.) to allow plenty of time to make fresh tracks on the first gondola. However, we will do our best to arrange an alternative time if you need to hit the road early or would like a sleep in.

Our seasonal menu changes daily to ensure only the freshest quality ingredients, however our staple items usually include:

  • Local Stoke Roasted Coffee
  • Organic granola from La Baguette Catering
  • Home-made bread, muffins, or scones
  • Free range organic local eggs
